Shipping

Orders placed will be shipped in 1-3 business days. You will receive an
email with the shipping confirmation and track and trace once your order has
been shipped.

Non EU-countries:
Please keep in mind that import tax and duties may be applied to your order in
accordance with your country’s customs laws. Kokoro Skincare is not responsible
for these charges that may be applied upon delivery by your country's
government. This may vary from country to country.

 

VAT EU countries:
standard Dutch (21%) VAT will be charged on your order. You do not have to pay
any additional tax for orders within EU.

When shipping packages to islands or special destinations outside the Netherlands, there may be a surcharge on top of the standard shipping costs. Please take this into account when placing orders.
